A global e-commerce brand are embarking on a journey to migrate theirimpressive estate across to the cloud using Microsoft Azure, giving wayto the need to hire a C# .NET Technical Lead with experience ofMicroservices architecture to lead a team of circa 12 engineers on thisexciting greenfield project! To say this organisation are a household name is an understatement tosay the least, it's almost impossible to walk down the street withoutseeing their brand, leading to a comprehensive e-commerce estate used todealing with thousands of requests per second. A move to the cloud islong overdue, and with their platform written on C# and MVC with SOAarchitecture, moving to a Microservices architecture with Azure seemedthe logical next step. The Technical Lead will have experience of leading a team previously onan enterprise level application and ideally have been involved in thearchitecture of a microservices application previously. Experienceengineering a C# application with cloud-based technology (Azure or AWS)is also key. Despite the platform being centred on DocumentDB, NoSQLexperience is not required.
