They are a leader in ourfield and have an enthusiastic team with lots of opportunity for growth.Job Description: You will be responsible for application, server, andnetwork support, problem determination and solution deployment - withfocus on proactive analysis, improving recovery time, refinement ofmonitoring and incident reduction, as well as implementing creativestrategic solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected torespond to tickets from the helpdesk system related to maintaining thevarious I.T. systems in place and also work on larger projects asrequired. You will be working as the sole in-house I.T. professional andwill liaise with 3rd party software and hardware vendors as well asreach out to your counterpart at a sister-company located in Canada whenrequired for troubleshooting. Your work will enable the company to runefficiently and effectively by maintain a stable and progressive I.T.infrastructure. Requirements and Qualifications: - You will be aself-starter and the type of person who loves challenges. - You willhave completed a post-secondary degree\diploma in computer science orequivalent experience and will have a minimum of 5 years of experiencein an I.T. support role. - You will have demonstrated strong skills inproblem analysis and solution determination, time management,organization, and communications.
