Baltic Training and Computacenter are excited to be recruiting for a Warehouse/Logistics and Supply chain Apprentice, to join their busy logistics team in Hatfield.

Duties
Computacenter are a trusted apprentice employer and will provide you with an excellent opportunity to learn and develop new skills. You will be working alongside the current team and be mentored and trained to perform in all of the following areas:

  • Picking and packing
  • Shipping
  • Inventory Management
  • Goods in
  • Returns
  • Warehousing Computer systems
  • Different logistics equipment
  • Potential to earn your forklift licence (subject to eligibility)


Training to be provided:

Level 2 Warehousing & Storage
Level 2 Functional Skills (Maths, English & ICT)

Skills and qualifications required:

  • A self-starter who is looking to develop their skills within warehousing and logistics
  • A self-motivated person who enjoys learning and providing an excellent service
  • Open to learning from colleagues, trainers and mentors
  • Career minded individual who sees the potential to build a long term career within a global company.

Salary, hours and benefits:

  • £150 per week (during the apprenticeship)
  • Full time; 37.5 hours a week: shift work - Monday - Friday (shifts will depend on which area of the department you are working in)

Location and travel:
The office is located at the Head office in Hatfield and is accessible via public transport and offers free car parking.
