The Senior Marketing Executive focuses on delivering effective marketing activities to support key stakeholders and develop our client's brand.

ResponsibilitiesPlanning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns, including demand generation and customer / partner marketing programmes, webinars, events etcDeveloping content and managing the design of collateral, including brochures, email, social media posts and other sales enablement toolsLeveraging our marketing technology stack, with a particular focus on our marketing automation platform HubSpotDriving visitors to our website through analysis and optimisation our organic and paid search engine marketingMonitoring spend against budget, keeping track and highlighting variances, plus analysis and reporting of marketing ROIBuilding relationships with our key stakeholders internally and externally with our vendor partnersSupporting individual teams with their marketing requirements
Key Performance MeasuresDigital marketing – volume of visits, conversion rates, volume and quality of leads generated from email, content marketing / social channels engagement, growing # of followers, frequency and reachSearch engine marketing – Google search ranking, tracking of SEO keywordsROI from marketing activities and investmentsFeedback from sales team on effectiveness of marketing collateral in enabling sales
RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications or BusinessProfessional qualification such as CIM or IDMDigital Marketing experience or online course completion e.g. Google Squared or General AssemblyPrevious experience in a B2B marketing role desirableAble to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels both verbally and in writingAccurate and results orientatedPassion for working with Social MediaExperience of creating engaging content for varying audiencesStrong project management/organisational skills, with ability to manage and analyse large amounts of data and identify emerging trendsFamiliarity with Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) social media management tools and analytics
