My client is a large primary school in the heart of East London. There are over 900 pupils on the roll, and the majority of pupils are from families where English is not the first language. Graded as a ‘good school’ in 2014, it is a school that is committed to providing a good level of education for all of the pupils.
The Assistant Head Teacher that is in charge of Inclusion, has asked for my help to recruit a long-term SEN Teaching Assistant for a January start.
You must have previous experience of working with children that are on the autistic spectrum. The child that the successful candidate will be working with, is in year 2. She is a well-behaved, bright child. However, she needs stability and continuity in class. She thrives when working on a 1:1 basis with an adult.
