Job brief They are looking for an experienced GraphicDesigner who has an understanding in UX or UI design. What does aGraphic Designer do? You will responsible for the Company brand, planthe design elements for client projects, specifically graphics for theirplatform, printed material and marketing campaigns. In this role youmust demonstrate good creative thinking, have an exceptional eye fordetail and understand UX/UI best-practices. You will work as a member ofan iterative project team during the design, implementation,integration, testing and successful delivery of their projects. You mustenjoy taking initiative and being innovative. Responsibilities - Developthe design of the platform/ project solution - Delivery of marketingcampaigns - Supply graphics to both development and to marketing -Participate in the mentoring and training of new team members -Regularly develop and refresh the company brand - Working to a designbrief/ multiple projects Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience -Degree in Graphic Design or similar - 3-5 years design agency experience- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Indesign) - Setting upartwork for print - Considerable Web Design experience - Give and takefeedback to improve both self and processes - Respond well underpressure - Be customer focused - think of the audience. - Good attentionto detail - Follow company branding for both our company and that of ourclients - Estimate timescales and be aware of budget Desirable Skills/Qualifications/ Experience - Pick up and use other programmes such asWordpress, Balsamiq and Maxemail - Have an understanding of responsivedesign principles - Proof reading - Research, Plan and Create - not justcreate - Think of improvements/ efficiencies in processes and cost -Keep abreast of changes in design - Use initiative to help sales force -i.e. Documentation - Keen to develop and progress oneself - Awareness ofAgile/Scrum methodologies Salary/ Benefits They would consider 20k - 30KDependant on your experience Benefits include: 20 days holiday withextra purchase option plus bank holidays, Pension scheme, Health CashPlan, on site gym discount, Cycle to work scheme, Childcare vouchers,Tech Vouchers and a host of voluntary benefits to suit all tastes - provided by Dice AGILE, DEGREE, INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, SCRUM, WORDPRESS
