This exciting role will see you assist with the delivery of our marketing strategy and provide general assistance to the Marketing Manager.

Duties will include:

  • Assist with the generation of content for the company website
  • Support with marketing campaign activity
  • Source content for blogs, social media, case studies and internal communications
  • Contribute to the management of BIW’s PR activity – e.g. press clippings
  • Maintain the CRM system and marketing support materials within brand guidelines
  • Manage the marketing email inboxes
  • Conduct research on competitors and clients, sharing information
  • Provide input into creative marketing ideas and activities
  • Provide general administrative support for the team if required such as booking meetings, taking minutes, organising catering, etc.
  • To be successful in your application, you will be:

    • A recent College leaver OR Graduate (of Marketing or an equivalent, relevant course / qualification!) who wants to work in a fast paced and busy agency environment
    • Knowledgeable OR experienced in how to deliver marketing campaigns and materials
    • Knowledgeable or experienced in using online marketing tools such as social media, content management systems and email programmes
    • Ideally candidate will have gained some commercial experience in either marketing or administration however this is not essential
    You will have:

    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally)
    • IT literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • A methodical and accurate approach with excellent attention to detail
