Sales Ledger Clerk
Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk on behalf of a Global retail specialist based in Leeds City Centre.
This well established retail business has a Global client base , they are market leaders in their field and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their rapidly growing Finance team based in Central Leeds.
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will report directly into the Accounts Receivable Manager and will work in a fast paced environment.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner, allocating cash, high volume bank reconciliations, resolving customer queries in a timely manner, raising credit notes, updating the company system and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will have:
- A background in a similar role (Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Receivable Clerk / Reconciliations Clerk)
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills including MS Excel (Pivot tables and VLookUps)
- Excellent customer service skills
