Required Skills: - Experience and understanding of modernsoftware delivery practices (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, Agile Deliveryphase, GDS Service Manual etc.). - Experience and understanding ofsolution architecture concepts, frameworks such as TOGAF, andcommunication of design and decision to clients. - Hands-on technicalskills in the development of complex, innovative digital services,throughout the full-stack, including modern programming languages, cloudtechnologies, CI/CD Pipelines, SQL databases and RESTful APIs. -Experience of monitoring, logging and alerting platforms required foroperational services. - Experience in estimating, planning, resourcingand/or costing projects containing multiple work streams is anadvantage. - Good level of commercial awareness, particularly in termsof risk and issue management. - Experience of working with spatial dataand systems (GIS) is a bonus.
