You will be responsible forworking closely with your support team as well as your clients andproviding them with exceptional customer service. You must haveimpeccable communication skills and an understanding of platformtechnology. For this Application Support role you must have previous experiencewithin a similar role in a tech environment with a lot of client-facingresponsibility. You need to be able to on-board clients andbuild/maintain relationships. You need to have proven problem-solvingskills and show initiative. The company are offering between 55,000 and 70,000 per annum plusbenefits for this Application Support role.
