This global health technology business delivers safer, more effectiveand cost-efficient, diagnostic-led care. This role is based in thedevelopment unit in Camborne, Cornwall. The Solutions Architect willoversee and educate code architecture and develop software to meetfunctional requirements and agreed standards and specifications withinthe agile framework used by LumiraDx. Requirements - Experience inarchitecture design and solution modelling - Experience of prototypingto evaluate and technically risk assess software solutions - API andIntegration experience from design and modelling through toimplementation - Experience in producing and maintaining allarchitectural documentation from high level design to low level userstories - Experience with programming and scripting languages for webapplications and automation (C#, JSON) - Applications and Tools; VisualStudio & Windows - Solid experience in working with the followinglibraries and frameworks; API, MVC, .NET Framework, entity Framework,jQuery - Agile - A natural leader with the ability to influence decisionmaking through effective communication and collaborationResponsibilities 1. To understand the business needs identified byproduct owners, customers, patients and users and convert them intoarchitecture specifications. 2. To liaise with clients and businesspartners to understand the technical environment(s) and landscape. 3. Tomaintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, andarchitecture best practices; evaluating them for applicability inLumiraDx Care Solutions and the wider Lumira group to enable valuablecontribution to the overall strategy and architecture roadmap. 4. Towork with the Software Development Manager to contribute to and developlong-term development plans and offer technical advice, solution optionsand innovations to the stakeholders on the business' technicalarchitecture and software solutions. 5. To facilitate and contribute tothe architectural reviews with the Software Development Manager;ensuring that the solution architecture is in line with the overallarchitecture vision and technical roadmap. 6. To prototype, evaluate andtechnically risk assess software solutions for the business softwarerequirements. 7. To liaise with the Software Development Manager toeducate and oversee the development and implementation of softwaresolutions to ensure that they are aligned to the architectural vision,design, best practices and principles. 8. To use standard solutionbuilding blocks and produce high quality architecture artefacts; at theright time and at the right level; to be consumed by development teams.9. To be responsible for ensuring that all architectural documentationfrom high level design to low level user stories is produced, maintainedand kept up to date. 10.
