One of 3 core vertical markets in Ciber UK, our Financial services business includes many reference organisations such as Barclays, Citi, Metro Bank, Irish Life, Willis etc. ROLE OVERVIEW: Ciber require a Deployment Manager to deploy and transition developed Microsoft Dynamics Financial Services integrated solutions across the globe to thousands of users. You will be responsible for successfully delivering the agreed developed solution to these users from planning to full transition. RESPONSIBILITIES To lead the deployment and transition of Microsoft custom solutions globally at our Client for complex projects using Dynamics 365 but integrating with our Clients other business systems and processes. Agree Programme Plan for country roll out with our Client. Initiate each country roll out with our Client including setting expectation and ensuring solution acceptance with identified local support. Advise and support Client communication plan for country implementation. Advise and support training plan for county roll out. Advise on the maintenance of end user training documentation including language support. Plan country roll out of Ciber Dynamics solutions including organisational responsibilities for a successful deployment and transition. Client country stakeholder management. Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) for country roll out. Ensure solution Release Management is aligned with Deployment Plan. Ensure country users are familiar with release requirements being delivered by deployment. Ensure User Acceptance of the Microsoft Dynamics Solution with associated business process changes prior to solution deployment. Execute deployment including migration and integration cutover. Ensure Client sign off of migrated data and integrations custover. Manage any issue resolution to successful acceptance. Conduct Readiness Assessments upto solution cutover including Go/No go decision making. Maintain and manage a detailed deployment plan to ensure successful cutover. Execute full transition including post live support and deployment project close including any lessons learned to be carried forwaed for future Client country solution roll outs. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: You should have experience of the following: Global Programme Management. Global transition of large scale business solutions. Leadership and/or working as part of a team including global implementations. Full software development life cycle, using Waterfall/Agile methodologies. Experience within a consulting environment including use of offshore resources. Large scale data migration. Large scale systems integration. Experience of implementing CRM globally preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Experience in Financial Services and preferably banking. Project communication and Release Management. Expert in: Programme Management Stakeholder Management Transition and Change Management Release Management Programe and communication Planning RAID Management Global detailed cutover planning and management. Training planning and management Financial Services (preferably banking) CRM solutions and preferably Microsoft Dynamics Competent in: Programme Direction. Stakeholder management Deployment planning. Transition planning. RAID management Project close Knowledge of: Global deployment best practice including Release Management Global CRM solutions Financial Services preferably banking Customer Relationship Management processes Working as part of a Consultancy with Clients.
