Clarus Education are working closely with a school on the Greenwich and Bexley border, to help them find a strong male Learning Support Assistant.
We are looking for someone to work on a 1:1 basis with a challenging year 2 pupil, who, despite not being diagnosed with any SEN, is proving to be quite difficult with the female Learning Support Assistant’s. Person Specification·Strong male role model·Experience with children with behavioural issues·Experience in a Learning Support Assistant role beneficial·Resilient and able to deal with bad behaviour·Ability to commit to the end of the academic year minimum
