What will you be doing?

You’ll play an integral part in the provision of support to Senior Management; your duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer orders
  • Managing inventory of products
  • Liaise with the logistics department in order to process return shipments
  • Organise proforma documentation
  • Maintain up to date brand and product knowledge
  • Support the sales manager to organise events
  • Produce weekly reports
  • Check stock levels
  • Manage product allocation and stock requests
  • Manage warranty activations
What experience do you need?

You will already be experienced within business administration. You will also need:

  • To be experienced within stock management and systems
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage relationships with customers
  • Able to work to strict targets and deadlines
  • Experience of reporting to senior management
  • Strong attention to detail
What are the pay and benefits?

You will be working 9am until 5pm, you can expect a salary of £25,000 plus an annual bonus, free on- site parking, pension, BUPA, Life Assurance and childcare vouchers.
