We are looking to fill a new accounts job near to Banbury, for a meticulous Sales Ledger Assistant, working for a well-established local business.

The Role

The Purpose of the Sales Ledger Assistant is to have responsibility for the business Sales Ledger function, with additional accounts and administrative duties

Who are they looking for?

The ideal candidate will ideally have some form of Accounts / Sales Ledger experience. A methodical nature, good numeracy and an organised approach are further key skills essential for the role

Sales Ledger payments, posting & allocationWorking across several ledgers, with multiple currenciesBanking daily receiptsCash Sales Ledger, ensuring orders are paid for within company termsDaily processing of card paymentsWeekly Bank Reconciliations & financial month end dutiesProcessing online transactionsManual invoicesRefundsWeekly invoice run & monthly statement runData entrySkills & Experience
