I am currently recruiting for a Part-Time accounts payable clerk with a retail or FMCG background looking for a new role working for one of the biggest retailers in London?

Your key duties will be:

· Processing a high volume of invoices regular basis

· Reconciliation of supplier statements also issuing remittances to suppliers
· Batching supplier payments raised and allocating them down
· Dealing with multiple currency invoices and payments
· Liaising with various teams around the business as well as external customers and sorting any
· Assisting with bank reconciliations
· Dealing with the aged debtors and providing commentary on anything outstanding

If you have proven experience doing the above can you do the key requirements, then tick the below boxes and apply!

· You must have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
· Ideally have come from an accounts payable background dealing with stock (not essential but advantage)
· SUN Systems/ Island Pacific merchandising accounting systems experience (not essential)
- Dealing with multiple currency invoices/payments (Advantage)
-Must have Stock Experience
