Page Personnel are currently working with a FTSE 100 organisation to recruit for a part time purchase ledger clerk based in the Warrington area. You will be supporting a busy accountancy team of six reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Originally founded in the UK ten years ago and is now a leader within the property sector building over 10,000 homes each year.

Description

The successful part time purchase ledger clerk will have the following duties;

*Processing invoices and sub-contractor applications for payment

*Able to process a full process of purchase ledger

*Able to handle high volume of invoices; ie 200 on a weekly basis

*Query resolution for supplier invoices

*Resolving supplier queries will involve liaising with managers from various departments within the business, which will require excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Processing BACs payments and preparing cheques

The successful part time purchase ledger clerk will have the following;

*Strong attention to detail

*Have proven track record in similar role

*Have experience in using COINS system

*Have experience within a property sector

*Excellent communication skills
