We are currently recruiting for a marketing assistant for a well known organisation in Worksop! If this is you please apply now!

As a Marketing assistant, you will report directly into the Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role is to:

Key Duties;
Compiling and formatting relevant marketing information from multiple media and material sources that will develop our shared online media library
*Liaising with team members from a range of European subsidiaries and also 3rd party dealers
*Developing media content and working with the story pipeline for our group wide NEXUS TV system
*Editing/formatting/cropping of images and video
*Candidate will be required to edit pages and upload media via a CMS to assist the development & maintenance of a new suite of Group websites.
*To assist in the design, development and maintenance of marketing materials, e.g. corporate brochures, in-house magazine, product information literature, sales presentations, etc.
*To assist in the planning or production of creatively written copy for inclusion in case studies, newsletters and editorial features.
*Branding support and advice to subsidiaries and dealers
*To assist in the maintenance of the companies social media channels.
*To assist in the development and planning of internal and external customer surveys.
*To assist in market research activities.
*Any other responsibilities deemed appropriate by the Marketing Manager

Education requisites, one or more of the preferred subjects below
studied to A level, degree level or professional certificate/diploma;
*Marketing / Communications (preferred)
*English Language
*Business Studies
*Journalism
*Media Studies
Key skills;
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
*Ability to create PR copy and proof read to a high standard
*Tech savvy, confident with spreadsheets and various tech tools.
*Have an eye for ensuring consistent branding and style
*Must be a fast learner and have a resourceful, self-motivated approach to work
*Excellent organisation skills and must be able to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
*Good competence in the popular Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*A basic proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop (or similar)
*Have a good level of understanding of basic marketing principles
*Ability to work as a team player and adapt to the organisations culture
*Able to manage multiple projects while prioritising work assignments

The successful candidate will have strong previous experience in a marketing role, and have excellent social media and emarketing skills. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a strong team player and have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
