Legal Secretary - Dispute Resolution
Are you an experienced legal secretary with exposure to working within a fast paced litigation department and supporting fee earners on a vast array of matters?
If so, my client is leading Scottish firm in the Legal 500 who have a clear-cut reputation for service to their clients and uphold that with their level of service and repeat business that currently have a vacancy within their Edinburgh office for an accomplished legal secretary to assist a number of fee earners in their dispute resolution team.
The duties in this role will include audio typing, data input, diary management, arranging meetings and appointments, producing documents, handling client queries within agreed SLA's and general administration support for the wider team and it’s Partners.
The role will suit someone who has excellent eye and attention to detail, someone who is passionate about their role and has excellent IT skills, good organisational skills, and able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
