As Marketing Executive, you will assist the Marketing Manager in the development and successful delivery of the Company’s Marketing StrategyThe Role
·Assist the Marketing Manager on the implementation and delivery of key marketing campaigns and activity across online and offline platforms.·Help to improve site content and structure to improve the search engine optimisation.·Complete monthly marketing reporting and analysis, including post campaign analysis, ·Coordinating the design and development of company literature, promotionalmaterials etc and managing third party suppliers and ensuring all literature is accurately proof read.·Assisting in the preparation and organisation of exhibitions and events and attending these where required, this may involve evening or weekend work to attend exhibitions.·Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders e.g. customers, suppliers, training courses, colleagues.·Maintaining up to date knowledge of online selling and data protection legislation and keeping up to date with industry news and developments·Supporting the Marketing Manager with additional marketing projects and tasks when required.Specific Abilities and Characteristics:
·Minimum 3 years proven marketing experience in a customer service industry.·Experience of Dotmailer preferred·An eye for design and experience working within brand guidelines.·Experience of using software within the Adobe Creative Cloud.·Excellent copywriting skills including e-mail, guides, blogs, articles.·Experience within a professional services organisation is desirable.·A relevant marketing qualification would be beneficial.·Experience with digital marketing including creating multi-channel campaigns, social media and analytics.·A genuine interest in digital trends.·Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and a meticulous attention to detail.·Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely.·Good organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.·Good IT skills particularly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
