Case Handler (customer service, administration)
Our client is a leading provider of independent medico-legal reports, used to assist in the resolution of personal injury claims.They are looking for a number of Case Handlers to join them on a permanent, full time basis. As one of their Case Handlers, you will manage and progress medical legal claims for compensation, ensuring that the business operates with the upmost efficiency. Making and receiving telephone calls to customers and suppliers, you will deliver excellent customer service and show empathy to the injured party.They ask that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and effective time management skills. With 5 grade A-C GCSE’s to include English and Maths (or equivalent), you will have a strong customer focus and previous data entry experience. With a friendly yet professional telephone manner, you will be committed to delivering a high quality service and be a team player who is can make a real difference.Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 17:00 or 09:00 until 17:30.Due to the nature of this role, a DBS Disclosure will be requested from the successful candidates.Our client reserves the right to close this vacancy once they have found a suitable candidate.This is a Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd vacancy who are operating as an employment agency.
