Our client in Egham are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a three month period to cover secondment. This role is a temporary position and the successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities include:
  • Printing off suppliers invoices from internal system
  • Checking prices against PO’s
  • Query any price queries with suppliers or who raised the PO’s
  • Confirming all costs on system (inhouse system)
  • Assign Sage codes with correct nominal and putting into Sage
  • Preparing supplier payment remittance
  • Checking information against statements and gaining information from suppliers
  • Credit card batches – Download files on Excel and matching to email credit card batch
This role requires commitment to 4 hours per day within the core business hours.

The successful candidate will have previous Purchase Ledger experience and a clear understanding of Excel.
