Purchase Ledger Assistant
Our client are looking for a purchase ledger assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. Based around 18 miles North of York, own transport is essential.
Prepare invoice batches for posting including coding
Deal with high volume of invoices with multiple lines
Age creditors report, weekly review
Set up and manage supplier accounts
Liaise with suppliers to improve purchase invoice information
Processing job sheets
You will have experience in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to a high level of accuracy.
Hours of work 8.30am - 5pm. Due to location it is essential that you have your own transport.
Hourly rate £9 - £11 per hour
