COST CLERK

The company are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their busy finance team.

This role would suit someone who has previous cost analytical experience, has worked with Excel, Word, Sage 200 and has excellent communication skills.

Brief job Description

·This job entails checking invoices against recorded costs daily.

·Running reports from Sage to produce a list of invoices relating to projects

·Reconciling these charges against the records from site by checking against the PO and PODs and amending accordingly

·Liaising with other members of staff for information relating to said charges which are in query.

·Liaising with Suppliers to investigate into any discrepancies that may arise.

·Attending monthly meetings with the managers to discuss future works and any problems which have arisen within the month.

To help with other financial Adhoc tasks when necessary.

Remuneration Package;

Full time position, Monday to Friday 9:00 till 5:00 with 1 hour for lunch

Salary - £18,000 per annum

21 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday

5% Employers pension contribution
