Purchase Ledger Assistant
PMP Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to assist with Invoice processing during a busy transitional period for a world leading client site in the Llantrisant area.
Job Duties include:
- Registering and matching invoices on to AX live IT system
- Filing invoices and statements
- Dealing with purchase queries
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Ad hoc admin duties
Applicants should have strong IT skills and have excellent attention to detail, experience of working with Microsoft AX would be advantageous.
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a busy team.
High level of written and verbal communication - able to confidently liaise with suppliers over the telephone and via email.
Focussed on Continuous Improvement
- Experience in Credit Control would be advantageous
Hours of work - 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate - £9.23
Duration - 4-12 weeks initially.
