Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a temporary to permanent opportunity working for a small friendly but well established business based in Kenilworth with a view to start immediately. You will be responsible for processing approximately 500 invoices on a monthly basis from start to finish. Your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, processing payments by BACs and cheque, reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries. As this is working as part of a small team, you will also be required to assist with sales ledger, credit control, banking and general office duties. Sage Line 50 experience is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible part time role. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a small friendly team and you must have working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel.
