A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate tax Assistant Manager to work with a leading consultancy in their offices in London during an exciting period of growth. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work at assistant manager level overseeing and delivering compliance work on a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ATT/ACCA or CTA Qualified and have strong UK corporate tax compliance knowledge.

The Role:
You will be responsible for assisting with a fast moving project within corporate tax department where you will be working on major corporate transactions, international structuring and a range of UK tax matters and audit of tax work.

Responsibilities Include:
*Reviewing a variety of corporate returns
*Building excellent relationships with colleagues and clients and using your excellent communication
*Keeping up to date with the market and any changes to legislation and company policies and services
*Helping clients with tax risk

Person specification:
*Strong up to date knowledge of UK corporate tax
*ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent
*Ability to act as an integral part of the team
*Self motived
*Organised and level headed with the ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines and prioritise workloads
*Team player

This position is on a 3 - 6 Month Contract
