Our prestigious client located in the Swadlincote is currently recruiting for a Customer Marketing Executive to join their business on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the commercial power of the companies email database, ensuring that the objectives and values are demonstrated in day to day interactions with colleagues and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer database management
• Email campaigns
• Analytics
• Work with the Customer Direct Marketing Manager
• Build and deliver email marketing campaigns
• Assist with the additional channels of direct mail, referral programmes/loyalty schemes
• Create relevant, targeted, engaging content for email marketing campaigns
• Assist in the creation of automated emails (trigger campaigns)
• Pull customer data and manage the operation of email campaigns in an email platform
• Review and check email campaigns prior to sending to database
• Maintain the email campaign schedule and email activity tracker
• Ensure good governance is applied to all emails
• Use Photoshop Elements to build aligned, engaging and relevant creative assets
• Create and maintain dedicated surveys and landing pages
• Pull customer data and manage the operation of email campaigns in an email platform
• Analyse results from email marketing campaigns to improve key performance metrics
• Log and learn from email campaign analytics and liaise with the Insights Manager
• Use segmentation techniques to target emails to the right customers using Dotmailer
• Assist the planning and implementation of dynamic email content
• Assist with the acquisition and tagging of new customers via a referral scheme.
• Assist with the implementation of a customer loyalty strategy
• Keep track of invoices with suppliers and issue purchase order numbers
• On target cost and revenue goals achieved
• Delivery against FH brand values
• Ensure all e-communications are managed within defined brand parameters
• Ensure all design, copy and imagery used is on brand and relevant to our target audience
• Assist across the marketing team with any other ad-hoc marketing tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in marketing within B2C markets preferably leisure and tourism
• Marketing experience within a commercial, results oriented culture
• Previous experience of working with an email service provider and be able to manage the operation of email campaigns in an email platform
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
• A high level of attention to detail and ability to proof read copy.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Creative flair and an ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Good understanding of customer profile, product and competitors.
• Excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience of Dotmailer or another email marketing platform

My client is offering an excellent package inclusive of a salary of up to £25k per annum dependant on experience.
