Purchase Ledger Administrator
Advivo are currently representing a growing engineering business based in Coventry in search of a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. An exciting fast paced environment with a good support network and a family vibe.
The salary for this position is £17,500 to £18,500.
The key responsibilities include:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Dealing with queries, both internally and externally
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with other accounts administration tasks as and when required
My client is looking for the following attributes:
- Confident in manipulating data within Excel (comfortable using Apple Mac)
- Highly accurate and attention to detail
- Excellent in communication at all levels
- Relevant experience in manufacturing is desirable
