Macildowie HR are working with a market leading organisation to look for a HR Graduate to join their team based in Peterborough . This is an excellent opportunity for an HR/ Business graduate with a placement year/ work experience to develop them within HR. Looking to pay between £22,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.

As the HR Graduate you will gain excellent experience in all areas of HR and work on a rotational generalist role in areas such as Recruitment, Training and Development, Onboarding, Employee Engagement and Reward etc. You be involved in a structured training programme and will build on your HR knowledge from previous work experience.

You will get the opportunity to provide first line advice to managers across the business and will be responsible for providing all documentation to the employees across the company. You will get the chance to work alongside the Business Partners on ad hoc projects such as Employee Engagement, building frameworks for processes and expanding on succession plans. From here you will also get involved in managing the training and development of employees across the business ensuring that training is kept up to date, coordinating both internal and external training and assisting on courses when required. From here you will also gain experience in recruitment, benefits and reward.

This position will involve a development and individual succession plan in order for you to step up into a HR Business Partner role within 3 years. You will have your own business unit and be able to use your own ideas and initiatives to really make a difference.

The Candidate:
You will have previous experience working within an HR role either from a placement year or first role in HR. You will have experience of working in a varied role and have a very strategic head on you. We are looking for someone who can bring their own ideas with them and be very driven within the role. This opportunity will enable you to go outside of the job description on what you are doing day to day so will need someone to be flexible with their workload and take on additional challenges whether that be around talent acquisition, learning and development or even partnering the Business Partners.
