Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are recruiting for a growing organisation based in Bracknell and they are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small finance team.
Salary up to £25k per annum, plus benefits
Responsibilities for this role include:
- AP Coding and processing supplier invoices onto the systemTo resolve all invoice queries with suppliers and other staff membersPreparing the monthly BACS payment run, plus any additional weekly paymentsRaise remits and cheques, attached invoices or statements, pass for signaturesProcessing monthly credit card statementsMonthly reconciliation of all supplier statementsCarry out any other ad hoc duties deemed necessary
Key Skills and Experience·Previous Purchase Ledger experience·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal·Advance Excel skills are essential ·Experience using accounting operating system such as JD Edwards would be an advantage
