Are you looking for a job that offers you a great work life balance? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to take a leading role in providing an effective credit control and related administrative support service, including line managing a small team, within the Bath office.

What your role will be


Due to the Touchstone’s continued growth we now require someone to take ownership of the credit control and associated administration functions within our small team. You will report to the Operations Manager. This is a varied role and so will require someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys dealing with multiple priorities. You will be line managing a small team, maintaining rent accounts, chasing payments and arrears.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 5 hours a day and we can be flexible with what hours you work, between our office opening times 9am – 5:30pm.

Your background


To be considered for this role you will have previous experience chasing debt and administration and demonstrate our SPIRIT values. You will need to demonstrate line management capability, although previous experience isn’t essential. You will be confident using the telephones and computers. It is imperative that you understand the importance of targets and regulations; ensuring that a 100% target is maintained. You will have a solid customer service background and enjoy influencing individuals in a positive way and remaining calm under pressure.
