Badenoch&Clark are seeking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join there clients new build department in Macclesfield. This is a great opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to build upon there conveyancing knowledge, as well as to further develop their commercial skills and awareness. The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a growing firm with genuine long term opportunities for progression.

The role:

* The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from start to finish within a busy department.
* To hit the ground running in a firm.
* You will provide their clients with quality, tailored and support advice to assist with their specific requirements. You will be expected to ensure that all business targets relating to service, quality and productive are being met.
* You will also be expected to take an active role in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts.
* The firm will pay 50% of CLC qualification.
* For the right candidate there is potential to be the new build team leader within the next year.

Your experience will include:

* Law degree is essential and LPC is desirable.
* Good knowledge of property processes and procedures.
* Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT skills and knowledge of office systems and procedures and file management.
* Ability to work to agreed priorities on an autonomous basis subject to supervision by a qualified lawyer.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines.
* Proactive and professional approach to role and a strong team player.
* Attention to detail and ability to produce work that is accurate.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000.
