Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert Half are pleased to be working with our client in recruiting for a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant in Pontefract.
The ideal candidate will have strong Purchase Ledger experience as well as great excel skills.
Key Duties include:
- Reconciling purchase ledger accounts prior to payment runs
- Reconciling purchase orders to purchase invoices prior to inputting on Sage
- Reconciling variances between purchase orders and complex supplier invoices
- Subcontractors account reconciliation
- Purchase ledger, posting invoices
- Job costings
- Statistical Reports
- Assisting in management reports
