Marketing Campaign Manager
You're a product marketer and you're so damned good you've been leading and developing strategic business to business campaigns of late.
Your campaigns deliver high quality leads through the writing of copy for a range of printed material and publications, briefing the external creatives (PR/event and media agencies). On time. On budget. On brand. And successful.
Your new career will be using your skills in reporting campaign results, developing CRM strategies for each campaign and gaining feedback throughout. And you'll be capable of travelling with your work, occasionally overseas.
You'll get plenty of opportunity to flex those strong leadership skills, as well as exercising your experience in advertising, digital and CRM marketing campaigns. We need you to be an advanced MS Powerpoint and Excel user too. If you have a marketing qualification we're loving you even more and you'll be working here as a result of growth, in a newly created position.
Your new employer is an exciting construction brand, still family owned and operating in more than 40 countries globally. The marketing lot alone consists of 5 people and staff turnover is low, owing to its culture of supporting, training, nurturing and developing its team. We're told the marketing department is full of nice, laid back people who are approachable and friendly.
They are preety much collecting Queen's Awards for Innovation and are already working with customers as broad as architects, engineers, housebuilders on projects including rail and Olympic sports facilities.
You're going to be working Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and on Fridays 9am to 4.30pm although they are a bit flexible here. You're get super benefits including a competitive salary (sorry we can't publish it openly), free on-site parking, 5% pension contribution after 3 months, private medical cover, Death in Service, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holiday, increasing to 28 days plus 8 bank holidays after 5 years service.
