EARLY IN CAREER MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Marketing Coordinator will be working closely with the Marketing Specialist in the Early in Career Team to support Attraction and Engagement with candidates across the BDO Early in Career Programmes. This is to support with Engagement across both Schools and Universities. This role is specifically looking for someone who has experience with both email marketing and social media. Due to team growth and increased opportunities to communicate with our candidate’s across channels than ever before, we are looking for a hands on Marketing Coordinator who can support with content communication to help us promote our programmes.
• Responsible for updating Early in Career Social Media channels, content and monitoring, ensuring we have a planned media schedule • Writing entertaining and informative search engine optimised copy. • Responsible for managing email marketing for Early in Career team, designing templates and engaging coms to send to potential Graduate and School Leaver candidates, utilizing our data capture platform to engage with this pool of individuals. • Responsible for updating content on our website- events, amends, blogs. • Represent the firm at selected events • Building relationships with key regional stakeholders /external agencies / Universities / Schools & Professional Institutions • Assist in development of marketing materials and tools (e.g. set up for photo shoots and approval requests from Marketing and Communications for use of photographs, copy, etc.) • Update and maintain contact sheet and information flyer distributed to candidates • Prepare briefing memos for business using approved templates • Coordinate allocation of marketing collateral to events • Partner with recruiters to plan and execute individual and business specifics marketing and attraction plans i.e. Meet & Engage
• Experience using email marketing software – preferably Mailchimp • Experienced updating website content using Wordpress • Must love and understand all things social media • Confident with using Indesign and Photoshop • Graduate calibre or equivalent with previous relevant experience gained within a graduate recruitment, or marketing within Professional Services is desirable. • Attention to detail; good time management skills and a self-starter who is able to work independently • Passionate about early in careers & able to engage audiences of all levels • Excellent communication skills - oral and written • Resilient with good attention to detail and demonstrating an initiative approach • Professional personal presentation with diplomacy and cultural sensitivity skills • Confident in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
