We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a premier hospitality group with offices based in London's West End. The group have an eclectic portfolio of businesses across London and the South East.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience with Sage 200 essential
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Scanning and processing invoices
  • Preparing daily/weekly payments to suppliers
  • Coding and posting of Credit Card payments
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Direct debit reconciliations
  • Maintaining the cashbook
  • Posting bank payments and receipts
  • You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be accurate in your approach to transactional accounts.
