Job description:

We are looking for Analytical Marketing Graduates to join our 2018 E.ON Graduate Scheme. E.ON Graduate Scheme 2018 - Analytical Marketing Location: Nottingham or Coventry with a 3-6 month international placement in Germany or Sweden.

The Marketing team supports the business in the UK and internationally in areas as diverse as Communications, Customer Experience, Product Development and Digital, with a particular focus on Analytical Marketing. We’ll teach you how to use customer data to create all kinds of practical and strategic insights. Your analysis will help to ensure that our marketing campaigns always hit home.

What you’ll do

As a member of the E.ON analytical community in the UK and Germany, you’ll benefit from a series of placements that will give you exposure to how data is used in different parts of E.ON’s energy business. The scheme will provide you with:

•An excellent grounding in analytical marketing
•The chance to build your skills and prepare for your ideal role
•An opportunity to progress towards your professional qualifications

You will also spend time in an area outside Marketing to gain a broader view of how we operate.

Required profile:

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented analytically-minded graduate who can use their problem-solving skills and academic knowledge to help us exploit customer data for Marketing purposes. You’ll have an enquiring mind and be a quick learner with a keen interest in Marketing and applying data analysis to business problems.

•You’ll already have or be on track for at least a 2:1 degree in a numerate or business related subject. A post-graduate qualification with a strong statistical component would be a bonus, but not essential.
•You also need to be willing to be based overseas for a period of 3-6 months during your 2 year placement.

•To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to apply well in advance. Our schemes attract great interest and we begin assessing candidates in our assessment centres in December. This means we may have to close a scheme early if all the places are filled.
