Marketing Executive B2B Marketing & PR & Communications – Swindon

About the Marketing Executive B2B Marketing & PR & Communications Role:

Joining us as a Marketing Executive, you’ll support the creation and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns across Tuffnells specific customer acquisition & retention marketing, business customer integration communications and brand trade PR and comms. The aim is to stimulate and drive good customer retention and relationships via relevant marketing media and programmes.

This interesting and challenging role you will:

  • Create and implement Marketing collateral and campaigns that promote the brands to the key audience groups across various media and promotional mechanics
  • Support Marketing Manager with 12-18 month rolling B2B Marketing & Trade Comms calendar and to deliver activity across media platforms
  • Project manage delivery of commercial sales-driving mechanisms and media support
  • Project manage and deliver business exhibition activity and attendance at key trade shows and bespoke trade events as required
  • Work with corporate PR and Comms officers in-house or at external agencies to synchronise brand reputation across media and review sites such as Trustpilot

About You:

You’ll be able to evidence:

  • Marketing Planning – ability to forward plan a calendar of events and highlights to provide relevant hook/moment for marketing campaigns activity
  • Market & Competitive Insights – track and summarise insights into Comp Dashboards and Trend Maps to guide the marketing process and to stay ahead
  • Campaign Management – ability to support media decisions and develop appropriate activity to meet goals
  • Brand creativity – ability to express brand DNA in appropriate visual & written content
  • Copywriting skills – demonstration of ‘on brand’ tone of voice and personality in marketing activity
  • Brand Marketing – experience of working on effective B2B campaigns and understanding of ROI metrics
  • Financial control – ability to manage budget admin and purchase ledger
  • Operational stakeholder management – ability to relate with sales departments and operational leads
  • Internal brand marketing – to engage colleagues
  • Communication and influencing skills - collaboration, co-marketing and promotional campaigns
