An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal or someone working towards CILEx, specialising in Commercial Property, to take on a hands on role at an outstanding international law firm in their Newcastle office. Our client boasts a hugely successful department working with leading industry names and a fantastic client base. -Joining a successful team, you will work with an unmissable client base covering local and national property investors and both public and private operators.
-You will work across numerous sectors including energy, education and transport.
-Running your own Commercial property caseload, you will cover sale and purchase transactions and property management transactions.
-This role is made even more unmissable as you will have the opportunity to get exposure to different departments such as tax and planning.
-You will join a team of 18 fee earners including Partners, Associates, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals. There will therefore be excellent support for you in place and you will be able to advance your technical skills.
-In order to be considered, you must have considerable experience in Commercial Property work. A minimum of six months previous commercial property experience is essential for this role.
-In addition, you must have strong IT skills going above and beyond the norm.
-The role would suit someone committed to a long term career in Commercial Property.
