Job Description

As AirREGI grows in the UK we want to make sure we are constantly engaging with, and providing our Partner Merchants with the best possible customer service. The role will initially be a 3 months paid internship and would ideally suit a Uni student who looking to make an bit of extra money and learn some new skills.

Role Responsibility

Visiting Partner Restaurants across London to meet with the Restaurant Managers/General Managers

Getting feedback regarding their experience with the AirREGI system and relaying that info back to the Operations team in a clear and concise way

Making sure the merchants who you visit are getting the most they can from the PoS system. This may involve just answering their questions to leading a quick reminder training session on how to use the system

Working alongside and supporting the Operations, Tech and Sales teams

Being a brand ambassador and product champion

Updating internal CRM/Salesforce

Person Requisitions
Currently studying at University, ideally something to do with business, marketing etc. If you have just graduated and are taking a gap year we would also love to hear from you

A real people person! You love talking with anyone from anywhere and you can do it with enthusiasm, confidence and a smile on your face

Probably even more important than being a great talker is being a brilliant listener

Previous experience within a customer service role

Previous experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry would be beneficial

High quality and standard of customer service skills

Organised. You know how to plan out your day and get to different areas of the city with ease

Excellent verbal and written English

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps (gmail, calendar etc)

Living in London

Have a passion for tech and ideally a love of food and restaurants too!
