Purchase Ledger Clerk
SF Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a business based in Mansfield for a 6 months maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience in purchase ledger. You will be part of a dynamic business and part of a friendly, approachable accounts team. On site parking and excellent working facilities are offered with this position.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for uploading invoices on a daily basis, scanning invoices on to the system, validate invoices ready to upload along with chasing aged debt via phone and email, setting up new accounts, cash allocation, raising credit notes and dealing with queries.
The ideal candidate will be an approachable, dynamic and friendly individual. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with a high volume of purchase invoices, have a good working knowledge of Excel and will be a confident communicator.
