Varengold Bank is significantly expanding its Market Place Lending and Commercial Banking activities. For our office in London we therefore are looking for a:

Senior Corporate Credit AnalystJob description / key responsibilities:Conduct full credit due diligence on new transactions including business review, financial analysis and cash flow modelling and evaluation of counterparties, covenants, pricing and legal documentationAssign internal ratings, opine on proposals and brief senior management (including board members)Defining and providing analyses to manage credit portfolios against agreed performance indicators and covenantsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with front office and risk colleagues in Hamburg and London and direct interaction with clientsMonitor portfolio of exposures and analyse historic performanceYour Profile:Bachelor's degree in Economics with an emphasis on Finance or AccountingSignificant experience in a relevant role i.e. credit department of a bank or similar credit role, rating agency or credit fundKnowledge of current bank lending procedures, policies and lending regulations in GermanyStrong analytical skills, risk awareness and ability to manage projectsExcellent written and oral communication skillsFluent English language skills; German skills preferable but not mandatoryTeam-oriented, commitment, flexibility and adaptabilityJob Field: Risk Management
