OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to join a busy, friendly team in a rapidly expanding retailer based in central London. Mountain Warehouse currently trades from over 280 stores including 40 stores across Europe & North America. We also have a thriving e-commerce site and trade through a number of online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Ebay) in the UK and internationally.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely capture & payment of all UK & international invoices.

What you'll be doingManaging the accounts payable team of 8Ensuring that all UK & overseas invoices are entered accurately and in-line with deadlinesEnsuring that all overseas stock invoices are checked & accurately entered and that all relevant import documentation is receivedLiaising with the business to ensure timely approval of invoices & efficient payment of suppliers taking into consideration terms. Overseeing the timely reconciliation of supplier statementsPreparing & review of unapproved invoices and aged creditors reportsOverseeing the process for efficient investigation and resolution of invoice queriesDocumenting & review all Accounts Payable processes to ensure that the team remains efficient as the company growsDeveloping & reporting accounts payable team KPIsOverseeing, mentoring & developing the team; including managing day-to-day activities & workload, assessing performance & conducting performance reviewsSupporting the team to meet performance targets, including acting as an additional resource if requiredOverseeing the implementation of a new purchase invoice system and expense processOther ad-hoc duties as requiredWe would love to meet someone with4 years plus AP experience processing high volumes of invoices per dayExperience in managing teams with strong communication and supervisory skillsExcellent organisational skills & attention to detail, performing all work with high levels of accuracyExcellent numeracy and Excel skillsPersonable and approachablePrevious experience with SunSystems an advantage
