Marketing Assistant - Warwick, Warwickshire - £20,000

Role Summary

  • Support the department in meeting company objectives and project and campaign requirements
  • Manage procurement of literature, merchandise and incentive gift items
  • Support Marketing Executives and other Marketing staff in the development and delivery of campaigns, projects and initiatives
  • General marketing administration
  • Manage and coordinate product promotions (cover)
  • Manage and coordinate event and training promotion (cover)

  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in all areas of marketing planning
  • Support the department in the implementation and execution of project and campaign plans
  • Be responsible for the procurement of literature, merchandise and incentive gift items, to include:
    • Literature updates
    • Print buying and distribution
    • Quote sourcing and price negotiation
    • Supplier management and relationship development
    • Procurement administration
    • Literature and merchandise pricing
    • Literature and merchandise performance reporting
  • Develop the product promotions calendar, coordinating promotions activity and keeping relevant internal departments updated (cover)
  • Organise events and incentives promotion to include the planning, coordinating and delivery of events and incentives content, working with the Marketing Manager, Events Department and the Area Development Directors (ADDs) (cover)
  • Support in copywriting and proofreading when required
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required and present results
  • Coordinate email and telephone enquiries for the Marketing Department
  • Be responsible for Marketing purchase orders and payments
  • Attend team meetings and other company events as required
  • Assist all team members to ensure all department responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Observe strict rules of confidentiality with information about FBOs and their Forever businesses
  • Any other reasonable duties required by the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing
