We are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, to front our fast paced Purchase Ledger department in Warwick. The department is a challenging and critical area for our business currently processing between 18 & 20 thousands invoices a month with the average spend being £80m a month.

You will have previous Purchase Ledger experience with a high level of problem solving skills as well as the ability to analyse, interpret data and pay great attention to detail including experience of using SAP, excel, work and workflow.

Our ideal candidate will also have at least three years previous experience of supervising a team of up to eight with the ability to engage, motivate, train and lead a team in an extremely high volume, busy environment. You will possess excellent time management and communication skills with previous experience heading up team meetings, feedback, appraisals and one to ones. You will also have excellent inter-personal skills supporting internal and external stakeholders to the highest level.

It is also essential for you to be flexible and have decision making and step-change skills with previous experience of overcoming challenges and the ability to offer solutions and improved working processes, continually seeking ways to drive the department forward.
