The Role:

To provide actuarial services to Assurant Group Ltd (AGL) including to Assurant General Insurance Ltd (AGIL) and Assurant Life Ltd (ALL) regarding reserving and capital management within Europe

  • Identify local CI / PI initiatives and help to embed these within the immediate team
  • Demonstrate engagement through personal and departmental performance
  • Support immediate team and positively demonstrate company values and behaviours
  • To embed and live the company values in everything you do
  • Adhere to Information Security policy

Role Requirements

  • Actuarial student with at least 4 exams passes/exemptions
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Actuarial role, preferably within reserving or capital modelling
  • Proficient with Microsoft package
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Well-developed communication skills, written and spoken
