Credit Control Administrator
The polkadotfrog team are looking for a credit control administrator for our client who are based on the Science Park in Cambridge.
Typical duties include:Supporting the invoicing and payments teamContacting customers regarding payments and providing advice on payment methods and systemsOrder and payment processing Answering customer queries
Candidate skills requiredPrevious experience of working in administration and/or Customer serviceGreat attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills A great telephone manner Comfortable at dealing with CustomersPrevious experience working with Sage 200 or CRM systems would be advantageous.
The role is a 3 month fixed-term contract and the client is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
