11 SEN Teaching Assistant, South East London
1:1 Teaching Assistant who has previous experience in an SEN support role and a calm, confident approach. This role requires a caring and resilient graduate who has previous experience in an SEN support role with the skills to work through a pupil's individual academic and personal progress plan.
We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting SEN students to work in the Southwark area.
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with experience working in an SEN support role or indeed a role where they have engaged with students/children with special educational needs. Applicants will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Able to support the teacher as directed.
- To carry out all duties as directed by teachers to maximise learning opportunities for all children and young people.
- To collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to meet the social, emotional, education, health and mental health needs of the children, young people and yourself.
