Page Personnel are delighted to be assisting one of the UK's leading independent real estate consultancy. They specialise in finding the best homes, investment or commercial property. The client
Chasing Regional Commercial accounts for payment on a ledger consisting of 6000 accounts, with a value of approximately £10m (accountancy)
Updating notes on Working Life system accordingly based on account activity.
Running Dunning letters daily and checking each account on the system.
Attending regular review meetings with Divisional and Sub Divisional Heads where necessary
Contacting negotiators on best course of action to take on specific accounts where required.
Dealing with any queries that arise from chasing debts. Liaising with Company solicitor with regard to outstanding debt where necessary
Assisting with allocation of payments received and investigating any errors that may occur.
Ensuring that requests for Write offs & Credit notes that are received through Working Life are dealt with on a timely basis.
Processing the paperwork in relation to customer refund requests and internal transfers for authorisation.
Updating Board Report at the start of each month providing an update on each specified account.
The successful temporary credit controller will have:
- Experience using SAP (accountancy)
- Happy to commit to a 6 month temp role
- Immediate Availability
- Property experience would be advantageous but not essential
The successful temporary credit controller will join their modern London offices in Central London.

Hourly rate between 13 - 15ph depending on accountancy experience.
